Vinification: Fermentation with maceration for 7 days at controlled temperaturre (22-24°
C) followed by drawing off and gentle pressing.

Maturation: 8-12 months in French Oak Tonneau

Alcohol: 14%

Total Acidity: 5.75 g/l

Residual Sugar: 3.5 g/l

Dry Extract: 33 g/l

Colour: Ruby red

Aromas: Pronounced aromas of red fruit, especially cherry and a light note of
marasca with hints of spices and undergrowth

Taste: The aromas of red fruit are confirmed in the mouth. The wine is elegant,
pleasant, with a good balance between acidity, sapidity and extracts. Soft
tannins allow a long and pleasant finale.

Food Pairing: Perfect with autumn risottos (eg: with red chicory or mushrooms), red meat
and mature cheese.

Service Temperature: 16-18° C.
